As discussed in Q&A, multiple images are missing. These are already a set that we recovered with the community!

As suggested in the topic, we also renamed simple.jpg to blox.jpg, as in the original image dataset (http://www.ee.surrey.ac.uk/CVSSP/demos/corners/originals.html)
Adapted the tutorial that used the checker board and added an image of that.
