@asmorkalov let's merge it and check if it helps. But, according to my daily test routine, the issue may NOT be related to the IE 1.0 API. Who knows though...
P.S. if you have a bug already, I can dump my findings from 📧

@dmatveev I triggered OpenVINO build several times and all of them pass. Looks like the patch works as workaround. |
