Related: #24759 and #24634

These were deprecated in iOS 11 and their replacements, AVVideoCodecTypeH264 and AVVideoCodecTypeJPEG, map to the same string constants.

The changes in modules/videoio/src/cap_av_foundation_mac.mm match those already made in cap_av_foundation.mm.
