It makes sense to open opencv_3rdparty PR too (and put link in description). too late.
Upstream opencv_3rdparty branches are created/updated only after validation and merging of opencv PR. At least to minimize re-writing of git history. Initially branches are pushed to the fork.

"2023.06.0" should work too (with strings only).
