Time Summary In Debug Linux of DNN test
Chip Befor Path Debug Time With Path Debug Time Release Time
Apple M1 chip 10.5 min 6.2 min (41% reduction) 2 min
intel i7-12700K 145 s 78 s (46% reduction) 52 s

@zihaomu, thank you! @alalek, could you please take a look? Hopefully, this will resolve the problem with slow tests in Debug mode.
