@alalek Could you please run "MulDoublePerfTestGPU" on "Custom Win" CI to check that they passed successfully?

It is failed.

[ FAILED ] MulCPerfTestGPU/MulCPerfTest.TestPerformance/17, where GetParam() = (compare_f, 128x128, 32FC1, 0, { gapi.kernel_package })

AbsExact error: G-API output and reference output matrixes are not bitexact equal.
C:\build\precommit_custom_windows\4.x\opencv\modules\gapi\perf\common\gapi_core_perf_tests_inl.hpp(335): error: Value of: cmpF(out_mat_gapi, out_mat_ocv)
  Actual: false
Expected: true

P.S. Accuracy checks in performance tests looks strange.
