LGTM. Checked, seems like this deprecated make_so_pointer() piece isn't used anywhere else in the code

BTW, there are several warnings from Windows (MSVS2015) which are not covered by this PR: http://pullrequest.opencv.org/buildbot/builders/precommit_custom_windows/builds/2439
