Describe the doc issue

The online version of the OpenCV documentation at https://docs.opencv.org/4.10.0/ attempts to load scripts from polyfill.io. This site is now defunct after a change in ownership of the domain earlier in 2024. As far as I can tell, all Doxygen versions of the documentation are affected.

Fix suggestion

Use for example https://cdnjs.cloudflare.com/polyfill/ instead of polyfill.io, ideally on all versions of the documentation (including those for older versions of OpenCV). See also https://blog.cloudflare.com/polyfill-io-now-available-on-cdnjs-reduce-your-supply-chain-risk/
