Detailed description

Assume the following situation:
The folder C:\path\to\my\data only contains a single image file called sample_image_0.png. The path of the image therefore is C:\path\to\my\data\sample_image_0.png. For reasons, I want to read this single image as an image sequence using VideoCapture like so:

In version 4.8, this worked fine, but since version 4.9, it fails with the following log message:

[ WARN:0@1.443] global loadsave.cpp:248 cv::findDecoder imread_('C:\path\to\my\data\sample_image_%01d.png'): can't open/read file: check file path/integrity

As you can see, it inserted a file name pattern where it didn't before. That in itself isn't bad, as the file pattern should actually match that file, but for some reason, it doesn't. My current workaround is to rename the file such that it does not contain any digits before submitting it to VideoCapture but that is impractical for this edge case.
