When I ran dnn module with assingning backend==opencv, target==openCL, the probrem I wrote at the title of this issue is happend.
An appended log file is the thing when I tried to execute yolov3-tiny.

then, It looked this issue is same to that reported below, but conditions were very different.

os:Windows 10 21H1
python:3.7.9
opencv:4.5.3.56(got by pip command)
cpu:core i7-11700(Rocketlake/UHD Graphics 750) or core i7-1165G7(Tigerlake/Iris Xe Graphics)
driver version:30.0.100.9684(2021/07/09) or 27.20.100.9365(2021/03/10)

Someone knows any solutions or workarounds?
