The File Input Output with XML and YML tutorial (at https://docs.opencv.org/4.1.0/dd/d74/tutorial_file_input_output_with_xml_yml.html) caters to C++ programmers but not Python programmers. It would be useful if there was a Python tutorial for this. Since the C++ tutorial is version-independent, so should the corresponding Python tutorial.
