For instance, a monotonic counter object shouldn't be able to be created with a CKA_VALUE attribute in its array. That should get filled out by the STDLL. Also, creation of a MC object should only succeed on tokens that support it, where currently we have none. Support could be added to the TPM STDLL -- look into support on the CCA STDLL, it may support one but its unlikely.
