Relating to #487
Optimiser wrappers now return Lightning native configs, including monitor where needed, so Lightning handles stepping metric-based schedulers.
The learning rate is owned by optimiser wrapper - removing any coupling to model.lr.
All wrappers implement a consistent interface: AbstractOptimizer(model) - optimiser config.
Removes mixed return types and custom scheduler logic, permits Lightning drive scheduling.
