[Bug]: Control UI chat input text not cleared after sending #89466

Bug Description

After sending a message in the Control UI webchat, the text that was just sent sometimes remains in the input box. This causes the user to see duplicate text or accidentally re-send the same message.

The input field should be cleared immediately after a message is sent successfully.

Environment

  • OpenClaw version: v2026.6.1-beta.1 (also reproducible on v2026.5.31-beta.3)
  • OS: Windows 11
  • Browser: Chrome/Edge (Control UI webchat)

Reproduction Steps

  1. Open the Control UI chat window
  2. Type a message in the input box
  3. Send the message (Enter key or Send button)
  4. Observe: the input box still contains the text that was just sent
  5. The text may appear duplicated or the user may accidentally send it again

Expected Behavior

The input box should be cleared immediately after the message is successfully sent.
