Summary
2026.5.2 Agents stop responding mid-work; they use tooling, and then suddenly nothing until you ask for progress. Due to a lot of bugs, I could not run anything newer than version 2026.04-23 did not have this agent freeze in that version; it was introduced in version .24..
Steps to reproduce
Give agent a task.
Expected behavior
it would finish the work and report back.
Actual behavior
stop mid tool use without reporting that it finised.
