Problem
Telegram group chats have media filtering/sandboxing that strips media capabilities. Images only work in DMs but not in group chats.
Expected behavior
When an agent sends an image URL (via markdown syntax or tool-returned ) in a Telegram group chat, openclaw should deliver it as a photo message. Instead, the image URL is sent as plain text.
DMs work correctly — images are delivered as photos. Group chats silently fall back to text.
