Asked Skippy about gogcli installation. Response started in English, then switched mid-message to coherent Chinese text with installation instructions for the same tool.

Symptoms:

• Response times were unusually slow
• Chinese text was contextually relevant (same topic, wrong language)
• Appeared mid-stream in English response

Impact concern:
Possible cross-session contamination or backend routing failure - privacy issue if responses leak between users.
