Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

Window11 system.
Version: v2026.3.23-2
Model: gpt-5.2-chat

When I call a tool using the latest version, it always show this error: 400 Item 'rs_0f6f7e706597875e0069c3fc42bb7881909157c43bde349e77' of type 'reasoning' was provided without its required following item, which block me from executing anything. After the error, new message in this session can never be handled anymore.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start open claw with Version: v2026.3.23-2
2. Set model to gpt-5.2-chat in azure open ai
3. Ask it to call a tool like write a txt on the machine.

Expected behavior

It can exceute the tool

It throws error
