Description

In Telegram group and forum topic chats, voice messages are not being transcribed. When a user sends a voice message in a group/topic, the assistant receives the message but without the audio transcription.

Expected behavior

• Voice messages in group/topic should be transcribed the same way as in DM
• The assistant should receive the transcription text and be able to respond

Current behavior

• In DM: voice transcription works correctly
• In group/topic: receives message but no transcription - assistant replies "Не могу прослушать голосовое — напиши текстом"

Environment

• OpenClaw version: latest
• Channel: Telegram

Possible cause

The Telegram plugin may not be passing voice transcription data to the session for group chats, only for DM.

Workaround (if any)

Users need to write in text or use DM for voice messages.
