Bug Description

Chat interface shows "100% context used 647.6k / 200k" but actual session tokens are 173k/200k (87%).

Steps to Reproduce

1. Use MiniMax model with extended conversation
2. Observe token warning in chat vs actual in Sessions page

Expected vs Actual

• Chat UI: 647.6k tokens (shown as 100% used)
• Sessions page: 173k/200k (87%)

Environment

• OpenClaw 2026.3.13
• Model: MiniMax-M2.5-highspeed
• Context limit: 200k
