Regression (worked before, now fails)

Summary

I was installing OpenClaw the other day, an update popped a few hours ago and now signal plugin won't load anymore. I guess it has something to do with this commit : d9c285e#diff-527d8eb074025147be702874d9d15beff0a7956052c441bd251f61521986b968

Can someone confirm this issue exists ?

Steps to reproduce

1. Try to enable signal plugin
2. See the error pops in logs

Expected behavior

Signal plugin should work without errors.

Signal plugin not loaded
