I get this whenever I enter a message in the chat:
Error: Error: Error: OAuth token refresh failed for anthropic: Failed to refresh OAuth token for anthropic. Please try again or re-authenticate.

The same message is in the Sessions tab, Refresh does not work:

I use Claude as model, of course. Everything worked fine for a few hours, now this problem is permanent.

I do not know what to do. Even restarting the mac does not help.
