Summary

So, what's happening is.. I prompt openclaw to use browser to perform some task. It performs the task then when I ask it again, it always fails. it says there's a technical issue with browser control service. This always happens. But I've checked and the extension is active indeed. The gateway is also running.

Steps to reproduce

Prompt openclaw to use the browser tool (use chrome extension and attach tab)
Prompt it again.. in this step, it will fail

Expected behavior

Expected behavior is that it should keep working

Actual behavior

Actual behavior is that it stops working after first attempt
