Description

After updating to v2026.2.24, Discord DMs show brief spurious typing indicators from multiple bots before the correct bot responds.

Behavior

• When messaging a bot in a DM, the typing indicator briefly flashes for other bots (e.g. Zevo's indicator flashes before Uvy responds, and vice versa)
• The correct bot ultimately responds as expected
• This did not occur on v2026.2.23

Reproduction

• Two bots: Uvy (Mac Mini) and Zevo (Mac Mini M4 Pro), both on v2026.2.24
• Both using dmScope: main
• Observed in Discord DMs only (not tested in group channels)
• Happens consistently on every message

Expected Behavior

Only the recipient bot's typing indicator should appear in a DM.

Environment

• OpenClaw v2026.2.24 (df9a474)
• Channel: Discord
• Platform: macOS (arm64)
• Both bots on Amazon Bedrock (claude-sonnet-4-6)

Notes

Both bots updated from v2026.2.23 → v2026.2.24 today. Issue appeared immediately post-update on both nodes independently, suggesting a regression in the update rather than a config issue.
