Summary

Unable to set up a Telegram channel via OpenClaw onboard. I have already tried enabling the OpenClaw plugins for Telegram and editing the openclaw.json config file, but it didn’t help. It seems to happen on v2026.2.22-2

Steps to reproduce

Setup telegram via openclaw onboard wizard.
Manually add channels object to openclaw.json

Expected behavior

It should allow to setup telegram channel.

Actual behavior

telegram plugin not available.
