Description:
Internal reasoning (... or [text]) is visible to users in WhatsApp messages. When a message is forwarded or replied to from another session, the internal thinking content is exposed in the chat.

Steps to Reproduce:

Enable thinking/reasoning in OpenClaw
Send/receive messages via WhatsApp
Sometimes see internal reasoning tags in the message body
Expected Behavior:
Internal reasoning should never be visible to end users in any channel.

Actual Behavior:
Users see "Reasoning:" tags and internal thought process in WhatsApp chats.
