the agent's discord response include the reasoning block in streamMode "partial".
even when the thinking mode is set to OFF, it seems that this regression is still prevailing.

Steps to reproduce

• configure discord as channel
• configure streamMode as partial
• chat with the agent

Expected behavior

reasoning block should not be shown (like when we don /reasoning off)
