After updating to 2026.2.12, second Telegram bot fails with error:
[telegram] handler failed: Error: Session file path must be within sessions directory

Primary agent works fine.

Setup:

• Two agents in agents.list
• Two Telegram bot accounts
• Bindings route second account to second agent

The error occurs even with empty sessions.json - the new session creation itself triggers the error.
