Summary

Just as the title states, performance in Safari seems to crawl to an absolute halt for no discernible reason.

Steps to reproduce

1. I don't really know what the steps are, or if there are any, really. I simply was just using the dashboard and then after a while it became extremely slow to even be able to type. This persisted even beyond when I restarted my computer, the session, etc.

Expected behavior

Typing should be smooth

Actual behavior

I can assure you that I was not typing this slow 😂
