This changes how dragging the zoom slider affects the zoom level. Overall, the zoom level should change more linearly now. This should make smaller zoom levels (where you only want to zoom in a bit) easier to handle. TODO: This breaks the zoom center stuff. Fix that.
The previous commit caused the timeline to not center on the scrubber anymore when zooming. This should fix that.
