Make Binlog Coordinates at time of promotion to be available as environment variable #1322
Description
We want promotedReplica.SelfBinlogCoordinates that is logged in recovery log to be available as an environment variable to PostFailover hooks similar to that of ORC_SUCCESSOR_HOST/ {successorHost} . This will help some of our external jobs to start consuming Binary logs from point of the failover.
