Every now and then, when I restart codex, or when I use the command /new, I keep getting logged out of my MCP servers, over and over again. It has happened for days and it is driving me crazy.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

I really do not know how to reproduce it. It happens about 2-3 times a day, particularly if it has been a while since the last time the session started.
