What issue are you seeing?

Codex desktop app remote_connections fails on Oracle Linux 8 with system bubblewrap 0.4.0.

Environment:

• codex-cli 0.128.0
• bubblewrap 0.4.0-2.el8_10.x86_64
• /usr/bin/bwrap lacks --perms

Notes:

• VS Code integration on the same host has worked previously, so this appears specific to the desktop app remote sandbox runner path.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Repro:

• connect to OL8 host
• run any command, including pwd

Actual:

• command fails immediately
• stderr: bwrap: Unknown option --perms

What is the expected behavior?
