ChatGPT Pro

What platform is your computer?

Windows 11 x64

What issue are you seeing?

Typing $shar or 'at' shar does not show the sharepoint codex_mcp app, but if you ask for it it does get used.

What steps can reproduce the bug?

Connect Sharepoint app in ChatGPT -> Type '$shar' or 'at' shar in codex app.

What is the expected behavior?
