I'm currently packaging the various open-telemetry packages for openSUSE/SLE which is normally very easy by downloading the sources from PyPi using SUSE's py2pack and generating a spec file with the same utility.

However, open-telemetry currently does not provide any sourcecode releases on PyPi which is why packaging it for openSUSE/SLE and other Linux distributions is more cumbersome.

Could you provide sourcecode packages on PyPi like many other Python packages?
