Description
ocm transfer cv --dry-run renders out a complete transfer specification.
We want to offer the option to perform a "2 step transfer", where the user first renders out his transfer specification, has a chance to edit the transfer specification and is then able to pass in the transfer specification into ocm transfer cv --transfer-spec <spec>.

Done Criteria

• Code has been reviewed by other team members
• Analysis of existing tests (Unit and Integration)
• Unit Tests created for new code or existing Unit Tests updated
• Integration Test Suite updated (includes deletion of existing unnecessary Integration Test and/or creation of new ones if required)
• Enduser Documentation updated (if applicable)
• Internal technical Documentation created/updated (if applicable)
• Successful demonstration in Review
