Description
Expand existing controller concept. Consolidate existing Helm deploy guides (one in getting started, the one with bootstrap in tutorials) into new tutorial.

Tasks:

• content/docs/concepts/ocm-controllers.md (REWORK concept) - Expand: architecture, RGD patterns, deployer integration. etc.
• content/docs/tutorials/deploy-with-controllers.md (NEW tutorial) - Merge Helm existing guides/tutorial
• content/docs/getting-started/deploy-helm-chart.md (REWORK getting started) - Content moved to tutorial
• content/docs/tutorials/deploy-helm-chart-bootstrap.md (DELETE tutorial) - Content merged into new tutorial
• content/docs/getting-started/setup-controller-environment.md (KEEP getting started) - Remains prerequisite
• Think about two new how-tos that currently exist in the getting-stared only: Setup/Install the controller using Helm and Deploy Helm Chart with OCM controllers

Done Criteria

• Controller concept expanded
• Single tutorial for deploy Helm Chart using the controllers
• Old Helm tutorial removed
• No duplicate content
• All relrefs updated
