Describe the feature

The OpProofsExEx maintains a separate storage database OpProofsStorage containing historical trie nodes and states used for serving proofs. Occasionally, due to manual intervention, debugging, or recovering from a bad state, an operator might need to manually roll back this storage to a previous block number.
