Update to OWLAPI 4.5.24, building on #1005#1086

This PR is just the changes from #1005, factoring out the broken example files that were fixed in #1085. We had a long time to look at #1005, our test suite is pretty thorough, and I've tested this on some of my more complex ontology projects. Protege 5.6.0 was just released, and it uses OWLAPI 4.5.24. It's very important that ROBOT stays in sync with Protege, so I'm going to merge this and release it. We'll fix any bugs as we find them. |
