[Known ToDo's relating to the wallet merge]

1. Tackle `tslint`<>`prettier` clashes in three files in the `integration-tests` - for now, disabled `tslint` in four lines e.g. in `basic-l1-l2-communication.spec.ts` line 137. Search for `// tslint:disable-line` to find them all
2. Revert temporary changes to the CDM smart contract and transition wallet to new `message-relayer-fast`.
