Fixed actions no longer working (thanks @jakerydont)

Guest generation events are back! Due to performance issues earlier, viewers would no longer show up in the game. Thankfully with the help of the OpenRCT2 devs I'm now able to bring this beloved feature back.

You can set viewers to spawn as guests in your park, and follow them around to see what they're up to in the park.

This fixes the performance issues that people were having in parks with a lot of entities (like peeps). Due to an oversight, the plugin was performing some unnecessary work every tick, this has now been solved.

Due to a change in OpenRCT2 the plugin stopped working partially. Get this fixed version if some of your actions are no longer working properly.
