store: long records break queries

If a single record exceeds the default bufio.Reader buffer size, it will break the query pipeline by returning ErrBufferFull [at this point](https://github.com/oklog/oklog/blob/ddc43ee9b28e9e59213c0ef33ca658732be93114/pkg/store/query.go#L258).
