This is useful in case of a known Cygwin bug so we know if we need to clear the cache or not

This is useful in case of a known Cygwin bug so we know if we need to clear the cache or not.

In this case i'm suspecting our cache does use Cygwin 3.5.5 at the moment as CI has been experiencing some timeout which clears out after rebuild but i have no way of knowing if this is the problem, thus adding that information sounds like a plus to me. EDIT: We are indeed using 3.5.5, i'm clearing the cache right away.
