We should add versioning information to the lmdb cache so that we can change the format in the future.

The lmdb cache is currently sitting around and only being tested. It is currently hidden behind DUNE_CONFIG__REV_STORE_CACHE=enabled.

This should allow us to enable it in the future without worrying about breakage.
