This is very much a nitpick. If you open the drop-down menu from the menubar LuLu icon, then click on 'Rules', it dismisses the whole menu rather than opening up the sub-menu. Other apps that implement menus from the menubar icon simpy open the submenu when it's clicked on isntead of dismissing the whole menu.
