The status of this option on Travis is a bit unclear to me. According to https://blog.travis-ci.com/2017-04-17-precise-EOL, it looks like this option will continue to work, but will not be officially supported by Travis anymore. Later, we may want to consider an approach like https://github.com/WordPress/gutenberg/blob/v1.7.0/bin/install-php-phpunit.sh, but this seems fine for now. Thanks for the PR! |
