When swapping brlapi 0.7 for 0.8, I accidentally committed the python module executable installer instead of the actual dll for brlapi.
When this is merged, I will provide a follow up pr against NVDA that, apart from updating misc-deps again, will also provide a unit test that will try to avoid these mistakes in future.
