Just being curious.
Why do you prefer in Bulgarian not to have the symbol ‐ sent to the synthesizer?
Can you give the context?

I thought that if I don't specify parameters such as punctuation level and whether a symbol will be passed to the synthesizer or not, those parameters will be inherited from the english file. Am I mistaking? Because I think it has worked so far for other similar cases for the bulgarian symbols file.
And correct me if I'm wrong, but now for the english file it is set to pass the symbol to the synthesizer?
