Fix up minor issues with the change log for 2023.1

Fixes typo in "Ribbon"
Restructures sentence on new Excel feature to be more clear (I had trouble understanding it when fixing the typo)
Fixes list bullet indentation (2 spaces)
Adds missing list bullet terminator
