Summary of the issue:
Example of how to test espeak directly with SSML is helpful when trying to demonstrate / communicate a bug.

Adds basic instructions on how to test espeak directly.
Testing strategy:
Manually ran through the steps.
Known issues with pull request:
Relies on a released version of espeak. It would be nice to update the instructions to work with the espeak dll directly.
